Personal History:
Having lived on Bainbridge Island in Kitsap County for 25 years with my three children, I have seen many changes in Kitsap County.  Bainbridge Island offers a safe and friendly environment with a laid-back small town tone. It has been the perfect community to raise my children with excellent schools, parks and recreation and a dynamic arts program. There have been many changes to the island since I moved here in 1985 but, one thing remains constant - the friendly attitude within the community of friends and neighbors.  

Service programs:
My background includes many school involved committees, coaching and fund-raising functions as well as arts programs and political campaigns. Think soccer, lacrosse, roller hockey, Babe Ruth baseball, Bainbridge Island Saddle Clubs and you have a good picture of my daily life.

Background:
My career in law office administrations has taken me far. As a condo owner, I became the Association President at Kamaole Sand in Maui, one of the largest condo projects on the islands. I directed 43 employees and managed a budget of over $3 million in a complex of 440 units. I bring years of property management experience to my real estate practice. Again, this was a perfect blend of my head combined with my heart abilities!

The Real Estate Process:
Continual communication is at the heart of this business. Together, we will solve problems that range from when do we get together, what houses do we see, how do we structure this offer and how do we handle a low appraisal. Trust and teamwork will handle any challenge...but this is YOUR process and I am there for you every step of the way. I am your reality check and your advocate.
